These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UltraWellness website, Discovery Calls, and clinical programs offered by Truelife FM Clinics Private Limited ("UltraWellness", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website, booking a Discovery Call, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in India to use our services.
If you are booking on behalf of another adult, you confirm you have their consent.
Our programs are not designed for children, pregnant women with high-risk conditions without obstetrician clearance, or medical emergencies.

3. Medical disclaimer

UltraWellness provides functional medicine programs. Our services are intended to complement, not replace, the care provided by your treating physician.
Our content, consultations, articles, brochures and downloadable material are for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment of any specific disease.
In our context, "reversal" means measurable clinical improvement or remission in markers, symptoms, and day-to-day function through a doctor-led protocol over time. It does not mean a guaranteed permanent cure, instant recovery, or freedom from future relapse. Maintenance care, periodic monitoring, and long-term lifestyle adherence may still be required.
Do not stop, change or adjust any prescribed medication on your own. Medication changes, where clinically appropriate, are coordinated with your treating physician.
In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Services offered

We offer:

A free Discovery Call.
A Root Cause Assessment consultation.
Doctor-led functional medicine programs (e.g. Reset, Root Reversal) of varying durations.
Supporting nutrition, coaching and lifestyle guidance.

5. Bookings, fees and payments

Program fees are displayed on the Services page and applicable condition pages in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
The Discovery Call is free.
Paid programs are billed via our payment partner Razorpay Software Private Limited. You are subject to their terms and privacy policy for payment processing.
A GST invoice will be issued upon successful payment.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

Discovery Call: free to reschedule or cancel.
Root Cause Assessment: fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Once the session begins, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Programs (e.g. Reset, Root Reversal): refund requests are considered case-by-case, primarily when the program has not yet been clinically initiated (no clinical session completed, no lab orders placed, no supplements dispatched). After clinical initiation, refunds are generally not available.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7-14 business days.
To request a refund, email info@ultrawellness.in from the email on your booking.

7. Use of website

You agree that you will not:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape, or disrupt our systems.
Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Submit false, misleading or harmful information through our forms.

8. User content

When you submit information (reports, messages, forms), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use it solely to provide the requested service and operate the platform. You confirm you have the right to submit such information.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website - including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, brochures, frameworks (Timeline, Matrix, Root Cause Analysis deliverables), and program materials - is owned by or licensed to Truelife FM Clinics Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

10. Testimonials and outcomes

Any outcomes, testimonials or case studies shared on our website reflect individual experiences. Results vary from patient to patient and depend on factors including baseline health, adherence, genetics and underlying conditions. No specific medical outcome is guaranteed.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party service providers for payments, analytics, advertising, cloud hosting, diagnostic labs and communications. Their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our pages.

12. Advertising

We may advertise our services on third-party platforms, including Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). All advertising is subject to the respective platform's advertising policies. Ads may use measurement tags such as Google Ads conversion tags and Meta Pixel / Conversions API to measure effectiveness. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

UltraWellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for outcomes arising from your failure to follow the protocol, misrepresentation of your clinical history, or conduct of third-party providers (e.g. labs, payment processors).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truelife FM Clinics Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, clinicians and partners from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, or violation of any applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, without refund, if:

You violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
You provide false or misleading information.
You behave abusively toward our clinical or support team.
Required by law or competent authority.

You may end your program participation at any time; refund eligibility is governed by Section 6.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, internet or power outages, regulatory changes, or actions by third-party service providers.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution process below, the courts at Patan, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services.

18. Dispute resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at info@ultrawellness.in so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
