We collect only the information needed to deliver our services and operate the website.

  • Health concern and program preferences submitted through lead forms, contact forms, brochure forms or WhatsApp.
  • Clinical and health information shared during your program: medical history, current symptoms, medications, lab reports, lifestyle details.
  • Payment details entered on our payment partner's checkout (processed by Razorpay - we do not store card numbers).

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, referring URL, time spent, clicks, UTM parameters.

  • Customer support: respond to queries, requests and complaints.
  • Marketing and advertising: show you relevant ads on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), measure campaign performance, and send you program updates where you have opted in. You can opt out anytime (see Section 9).
  • Product improvement: improve our website, content, and service quality using aggregated analytics.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance: comply with Indian law, tax regulations, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

6. Health and sensitive data

Clinical and health data is treated with additional care:
